BOTTOM LINE

A valid supply-pressure calendar—but not yet a model of actual selling.

Anthropic's founders may release up to 29% of their locked shares at Day 180, while ordinary 180-day holders begin releasing shares much earlier. The draft S-1 still leaves absolute share counts blank, so we know when shares become eligible, but not how much supply may reach the market.

WHAT TO WATCH IN PRICE

Four signals that matter more than the date

  1. ANTH relative return — does it underperform SPCX and the broader market?
  2. OI and volume — are new positions building as price falls?
  3. Funding — persistent short crowding or a temporary hedge?
  4. Absolute share counts — does the final prospectus support a defensible dollar-overhang estimate?
INTERPRETATION LIMITS

Eligible to sell ≠ actual selling

A lock-up is a private agreement with the underwriters. Expiration creates the right to transfer; it does not prove a sale. RSU vesting, 10b5-1 plans, tax withholding and each holder's liquidity needs are separate questions.

These HIP-3 prices come from derivative markets operated by different deployers. They are not spot shares and do not represent directly comparable units of enterprise value.
